Changing Your Address
We need your correct address in order to mail a tax notice to you. If you move, or if the address to which your tax notice should be mailed has changed, notify the BC Assessment Authority 250-479-7131, or the Property Tax Department 250-391-3410
You can also change your address by going to the BC Assessment website, http://www.bcassessment.ca/ and fill in your information on their online form. If you have multiple properties in BC this will save you time because you will not need to contact the various municipalities.
Unless a new address is provided, we will rely on address (and ownership) records of the Land Title Office, provided to us by the BC Assessment Authority.
Again, it's your responsibility to enquire if you don't receive your property notice by the middle of June.
