Goldstream Meadows is one of Langford's newest and best examples of the future of industrial, warehouse, and commercial planning in our city.
Developed over three years (2007-2010), Goldstream Meadows contains companies that range from distributors like Sysco Canada to retail stores such as Steve Drane Harley-Davidson. Other spaces are occupied by warehouses and light manufacturing.
Goldstream Meadows is a far cry from the site's former occupant, an old gravel pit. Streets in the business park are edged with green boulevards and all warehouse loading zones are discretely hidden from view by high walls and gates to achieve a consistent, clean aesthetic. Beside the business park is Kettle Creek Station, one of Langford's newest and most original housing developments.
